Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver only within Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email or SMS (where available) so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Information

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package or product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Availability

Luma Sole currently ships only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
